The mission of the Early Childhood Training Center (ECTC) is to
foster the development of healthy environments for children and
families through a range of organizational and professional development
services. ECTC and its Center for Healthy Inclusive Parenting (CHIP)
provides support to individuals, organizations, and communities
in meeting the social, emotional, health, and educational needs
of young children, youth, and their families.
ECTC offers up-to-date information, technical assistance, and training
for individuals and organizations who work with children, families,
and communities. We build on people's strengths and competencies
and utilize the latest research and best practices to meet the individual
needs of our clients.
We are committed to excellence in the areas of:
- Program operations, management, and development
- Early childhood care, education, and development
- Services to children with disabilities and their families
- Infant/toddler care and development
