The Early Childhood Training Center (ECTC) has been providing training, technical assistance, research, and evaluation services to Head Start and other human service programs in the Pacific Northwest, nationally, and internationally since 1965. We are part of CE/ED at Portland State University and provide a variety of consultation, course work, and program design and implementation services.
